We want you to love your sparkling water experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your SodaStream products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, CO2 cylinders must be handled through our specific exchange or return program.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
